Pull In Case of Emergency

Meeting Notes

  • I’m still recovering from a sudden trip to and from Ohio for a family emergency, as well as planning and moving to a new team on the World of Darkness MMO, so I’m still a little spaced out.
  • Rich and I talk a bit about personal stuff, as well as some of the internal approval policies.
  • Justin has a big surprise coming for the V20 Companion — there will be an announcement in a week or so.
  • We talk a little bit about the Order of the Stick Kickstarter and how amazing that has been.
  • Mummy is coming along really well, according to Colin. The writers are very excited about it!
  • Layout for the Werewolf Translation Guide is moving forward.
  • I got the Victorian Lost edits in early. I’ll try to look those over later in the week.
  • I’m also proofing the Geist 1.1 layout along with Ethan, Genevieve, and Rich.
  • Werewolf 20th is rolling along, and I got a little bit more progress on the section I’m writing for Ethan. Since some people have asked, pre-orders aren’t open yet for the book. We’ll inform people when they’re available.
  • Rich is compiling some art notes for Steve Prescott for W20.
  • Masters of Jade for Exalted is doing VERY well. Thanks to everyone who made that a success!
  • We talk over the idea of an RPG rules app that has a narrative running through it before I have to go.

Today’s Reason to Drink: Today is Parinirvana Day, a Mahayana Buddhist holiday celebrated in East Asia. It celebrates the day in which the Buddha achieved Parinirvana upon the death of his physical body.
